Todd is a trial lawyer whose areas of practice include catastrophic injuries and damages, product liability, including automobile and tire defects, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and consumer law. He has tried dozens of cases before juries and has obtained several jury verdicts of more than $1 million in both federal and state courts. His first verdict in excess of $1 million came at the age of 28.

Born and raised in Dade County, Todd is a partner of Stabinski & Funt, PA. He is a 1996 graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, and a 1994 graduate of the University of Michigan, with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree. He is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association and the Attorneys Information Exchange Group. He is married with two children and is fluent in Spanish.
