Daren is a trial lawyer who practices in the areas of personal injury litigation, insurance coverage, products liability, commerical litigation, consumer law, and insurance subrogation.

A partner of Stabinski & Funt, PA, Daren has been practicing law at the firm since his graduation from the University of Miami Law School in 1993.  He has obtained several jury verdicts in excess of $1 million and has obtained settlements in the tens of millions of dollars. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict.

Daren is a graduate of the University of Michigan Business School, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Daren is a member of the Florida and Colorado Bars. He is also an Eagle member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association. He is married with three children and speaks Spanish fluently.
