Daniel is a trial attorney whose areas of practice include personal injury, insurance litigation, contractual and commercial disputes, criminal defense, wrongful death and products liability. He has tried dozens of cases before juries in both federal and state civil courts and criminal courts. He has handled several appeals before various district courts in Florida.

Daniel graduated from the University of Florida in 1990 with a B.S. in Zoology. He graduated in the top 15% of his class at Nova-Southeastern University School of Law in 1994. Daniel is a member of the American Bar Association and Dade County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
