Norman has been with the firm for 32 years, from a law clerk to partner, and is presently Of Counsel to Stabinski & Funt, P.A. He is a trial lawyer whose practice concentrates on personal injury matters, including automobile, motorcycle, pedestrian, slip or trip and fall and work related accidents, as well as false arrest, negligent security, and wrongful death claims.

In his practice, Norman has obtained verdicts and made settlements totaling in the millions of dollars. Norman graduated with honors from the University of Florida School of Journalism and Communications in 1971 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida School of Law in 1973.

He is a member of the Kappa Tau Alpha Journalism Honor Society and was elected to the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. Norman is admitted to practice in all of Florida state courts, as well as the federal U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of several professional legal associations. Norman is married to Maria Victorero Funt and has four children.
