Daren is a trial lawyer who practices in the areas of personal injury litigation, insurance coverage, products liability, commerical litigation, consumer law, and insurance subrogation.

A partner of Stabinski & Funt, PA, Daren has been practicing law at the firm since his graduation from the University of Miami Law School in 1993. In that time, he has obtained several jury verdicts in excess of $1 million and has obtained settlements in the tens of millions of dollars. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict.

Daren is a graduate of the University of Michigan Business School, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Daren is a member of the Florida and Colorado Bars. He is also an Eagle member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the Dade County Bar Association. He is married with three children and speaks Spanish fluently.
